Welcome Offers

Available for new MOCHE subscriptions.

• MOCHE 500GB: Subscription to the MOCHE 500GB (€2,5/week) prepaid plan includes 1 free week, with a roaming Fair Use Policy (FUP) of 50GB/month.

After the first top-up equal to or greater than €7.50, the customer receives an additional 500GB/month, totaling a data allowance of 1,000GB, plus another free week.

These conditions are valid for new MOCHE customers and while you remain on this plan.

After the eSIM activation, you must register in the app my MEO within a maximum period of 14 days; otherwise, the plan will automatically be changed to M Livre.

To keep your card active, you must have sufficient balance for the weekly charge every 7 days from the subscription date.

Before the weekly charge is made, an SMS reminder will be sent. If you do not have sufficient balance, the weekly fee will be charged, resulting in a negative balance. To continue making calls, sending SMS and using mobile data, you must top up and return to a positive balance. You will continue to receive calls. When your balance reaches €0, you will be prevented from using your allowance until you top up. If the situation continues at the following weekly charge, the plan will change to a modality without mandatory top-ups and national communications will be charged at €0.404/min and €0.20/SMS.

Changes between weekly charge plans remain pending until the next charging date of the current plan to avoid double payment in the same week.

Communications included in the allowance

You have 10,000 minutes per month for calls to all national networks, to national numbers beginning with 2, 3 and 9, valid in Portugal and in roaming to/from European Economic Area countries (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom, billed per minute. After the included minutes are exhausted, calls are charged at €0.20/minute.

The monthly allowances are granted when you subscribe and renewed on the first day of each month and whenever the plan changes. Two SMS notifications will be sent when you reach 80% of your allowance and when the allowance is exhausted. Allowances can only be used when your balance is equal to or greater than €0.

Communications not included in the allowance

MMS, calls to 760, 808 and 707 numbers, customer support, international communications and roaming communications not included in the allowances will be charged accordingly.

Consult the charges for other communications in Roaming, international calls/SMS, special numbers e MMS.

Internet

Prepaid plans with a base allowance of 10GB or more browse at maximum speed. Other prepaid plans browse at speeds of up to 40Mbps. For more information about internet access speeds, please consult the available document.

After your monthly mobile data allowance is exhausted, internet access will no longer be available. You may activate additional options through the my MEO App or at moche.pt/maisnet. As an alternative you can change to a plan with a higher monthly data allowance.

The internet allowance is charged in 10KB blocks and is valid in Portugal and in roaming within the EEA, Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom, subject to the roaming Fair Use Policy:

• MOCHE 500GB: 50GB/month roaming FUP (+50GB/month from the welcome offer)

Two SMS notifications will be sent when you reach 80% of the FUP allowance and when it is exhausted. Once the roaming FUP is exhausted, traffic consumed will be deducted from the national allowance and charged an additional €0.0014/MB. After that, the standard roaming tariff applies.

MEO reserves the right to apply a surcharge to roaming traffic within the EEA, Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy rules applicable in those countries, which can be consulted in the Roaming Prevalence Rules or by calling 12083 (free call).
