MOCHE X NLL Unlimited Plan Commercial Terms

General Conditions

Prices include VAT at the legal rate of 23%.

Subscription to the MOCHE postpaid plan is exclusively available to customers aged between 18 and 35.

When subscribing, you may choose to keep your current mobile number or request a new one. If you choose to keep your current number, you will receive a new SIM card to complete the number transfer.


Communications Included in the Allowance

You have unlimited call minutes per month to all networks, for national numbers beginning with 2, 3 and 9, valid in Portugal and while roaming to/from countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom, billed by the minute.

The monthly allowances included in your plan are renewed on the first day of each month.


Communications Not Included in the Allowance

MMS, calls to 760, 808 and 707 numbers, customer support services, international communications and roaming communications (not included in the allowances) will be charged on your monthly bill. For your protection, a predefined out-of-bundle spending limit applies. You may choose other limits in your customer area on the my MEO App. Please note that roaming communications are not considered for these limits.

Internet

Postpaid plans include maximum speed as a standard feature. For more information regarding internet access speeds, consult the document.

The internet allowance is charged in 10KB blocks and is valid in Portugal and while roaming within the European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom, subject to the Roaming Fair Use Policy (FUP).

  • MOCHE Unlimited: 100GB/month

Two SMS notifications will be sent when you reach 80% of your FUP allowance and when the FUP allowance has been exhausted. Once the indicated roaming FUP is used up, the consumed traffic will be deducted from your national allowances and an additional charge of €0.0014/MB will apply. After the allowance is exhausted, the standard roaming tariff will apply.

MEO reserves the right to apply a surcharge for roaming traffic within the EEA, Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom in accordance with the Fair Use Policy rules applicable in those countries, which may be consulted at roaming prevalence rules or by calling 12083 (free call).

Usage Policy

The Unlimited Mobile Internet service is intended for the customer’s personal and exclusive use and, at any given time, on a single terminal device of their choice. The use of these plans by third parties and/or for commercial exploitation of the service is prohibited under any circumstances.

MEO may monitor the use of the service to prevent risks to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the contract. MEO reserves the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract in the event of (i) improper use of the service by the customer; (ii) use of the service in unlawful activities; (iii) serious and culpable breach of contractual obligations; and/or (iv) fraud.

FAM MOCHE

This campaign is intended for MOCHE customers, prepaid or postpaid, with an active plan, who wish to bring friends into the FAM MOCHE programme until 31 December 2026.

For existing MOCHE customers:

  • Send “FAM” to 12014 to receive your unique MOCHE code and share it with your friends.
  • Rewards according to the number of friends joining MOCHE postpaid plan:
    • 1 friend - €15 discount on your MOCHE invoice or 4 free weeks if you have a prepaid MOCHE plan.
    • 2 friends - 3 free pizza vouchers(1).
    • 3 friends - one €30 voucher for MEO Stores(2).
    • 4 or more friends - item(s) from the MOCHE clothing collection.

To receive these rewards, you must keep your plan active, with no outstanding debts, and your friend must comply with the campaign conditions.

For your friend

  • Subscribe to a MOCHE postpaid plan by 31 December 2026.
  • Send your unique MOCHE code to 12013 within 30 days after plan activation.
  • Keep the plan active and without outstanding debts.
  • Receive a €30 voucher for MEO Stores (2).
