Scan the QR code on another device

Open the eSIM menu on the device where you want to install your eSIM and follow these steps:
  • iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Scan QR Code.
  • Android devices: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code.

Open the eSIM menu on the device where you want to install the eSIM:
  • iOS devices: Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually
  • Android devices: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code
